Project Overview

This project was managed with a structured and cost-controlled approach to deliver a full upgrade of the sewage lift station and septic system. Our role included reviewing technical specifications, developing a detailed cost estimate, and managing subcontractor pricing, selection, and contract award. We coordinated all construction activities to ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards. The scope included demolition and removal of the existing lift station and 4,000-gallon septic tank, followed by installation of a new precast lift station, 5,000-gallon septic tank, and a custom-built valve vault with required risers, access hatches, and safety features. The project also included new mechanical and electrical components, pump control integrations, SCADA connectivity, fencing reinstatement, access road construction, erosion control measures, and as-built documentation with operational training. The project was successfully completed with a strong focus on efficiency, durability, and service reliability for future operations.
