Project Overview

This project was managed with a systematic and cost-focused approach to support the development of a new substation and its supporting infrastructure. Our involvement began with a detailed review of project specifications, preparation of a comprehensive cost estimate, and coordination of subcontractor pricing, evaluations, and award of work packages. We ensured that each stage of the project progressed in alignment with quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. The scope included clearing and grading of a 145' x 155' site, establishing a fully equipped staging area, and executing civil and structural works for a 610-ft reinforced CMU perimeter wall on deep pier foundations. Additional work included construction of transformer and battery equipment pads, installation of a grounding grid with 71 ground rods, placement of utility conduits and pull boxes, access route preparation with a new 24' gate, sidewalk replacement, and landscaping integration. The project was completed to deliver a durable, well-structured, and operationally ready substation facility.
