Upgradation of Wastewater System Shandon Rest Area

Project Overview

This project was managed with a structured and cost-focused approach to deliver key upgrades at the Shandon Rest Area. Our role began with reviewing project specifications, preparing a detailed cost estimate, and developing a competitive bid. We obtained and compared subcontractor quotations, negotiated pricing, and awarded work based on capability, compliance, and value for money. During execution, we coordinated and monitored all activities to ensure smooth progress, quality standards, and safety throughout the project. The scope included improvements to the wastewater and water systems, concrete and sidewalk works, drainage and erosion control measures, comfort station enhancements, and relocation of public amenities such as picnic tables and signage. We also ensured correct material usage, including PVC Schedule 40 components and concrete work requirements. The project was successfully delivered with a strong focus on cost efficiency, quality results, and enhancing public-use facilities.
